Repair gaps and coated the wooden floor

I have a water damaged floor caused by a dehumidifier with non functioning overflow protection, I likely need a couple of the laminate floorboards replaced.

I have a snap in floating floor where a few boards are damaged and need to be replaced. The scope includes removing approx 10m2 of plank flooring to then access and remove the damaged boards and replace with new floor boards which we have already. Only time to do it is this Friday or Saturday this week.

I have a small section of Jarra timber flooring which has cupped and slightly raised.

Recently had hybrid SPC flooring laid, and found out that the carpenter did a shoddy job in levelling - they placed ardit over the existing floor, before laying underlay and boards. Need a quote to remove this, lay proper levelling compound, then underlay and boards. See attached works description. I know it's not easy to quote from the below, but an approximate range TBC once inpsected on site would be great, thanks.

Changes to floor plan needs someone to repair and lay laminate floor boards and skirting in area about 2.3x1m. Skirting and laminate boards are provided. Any edging strips will need to be supplied. There is also a second area in front of a bathroom door that also needs to be repaired.

Old carpet and carpet fixtures underlay pulled up and dumped on site. Carpet has been laid aroud aircon outlets so tasker will need to be able to remove carpet from this. Four bedroom two story house plus office. On site skip for dumping. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 November 2023
