The wooden floorboards have been scratched in multiple places. Can this be fixed?

I have a small section of Jarra timber flooring which has cupped and slightly raised.

Recently had hybrid SPC flooring laid, and found out that the carpenter did a shoddy job in levelling - they placed ardit over the existing floor, before laying underlay and boards. Need a quote to remove this, lay proper levelling compound, then underlay and boards. See attached works description. I know it's not easy to quote from the below, but an approximate range TBC once inpsected on site would be great, thanks.

Looking to get some Repairs done with my Kitchen Vinyl Floor, The seam where the previous installer welded the 2 pieces togethre has come off, any help would be appreciated.

Changes to floor plan needs someone to repair and lay laminate floor boards and skirting in area about 2.3x1m. Skirting and laminate boards are provided. Any edging strips will need to be supplied. There is also a second area in front of a bathroom door that also needs to be repaired.

Old carpet and carpet fixtures underlay pulled up and dumped on site. Carpet has been laid aroud aircon outlets so tasker will need to be able to remove carpet from this. Four bedroom two story house plus office. On site skip for dumping. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 November 2023

I have managed to find an off cut which is in great condition but needs to be professionally replaced so that it does not look like it was ever cut out. We have NSW spotted gum floating floorboards and they have been damaged by moisture. The small section near the sliding door is water damaged most likely caused by moisture trapped underneath a floor mat. We have the Quickstep spare timber here on site (one and a half packets) but we don't have any spare underlay. The skirting may need to be removed and put back. The affected area is not large and the repair will be limited to one and a half packets of timber. - Due date: Flexible

Hi there, We need an experienced handyman/laminate flooring specialist on Friday the 19th at 10am in Manly to help us with some renovation preparations. Job will take approx 4 hours. All tools needed. We are renovating our ground floor apartment and we need to conduct a concrete scan of the slab in 3 rooms. We will need to remove the floor boards from these areas, conduct the scan, then place the floor boards back We currently have tenants living in the property so we need to make sure this job goes really smoothly and we can bring the apartment back to normal living (i.e. not have any gaping holes in the floor!). Please find a floor plan image attached of all areas where we need to remove the floorboards, then replace them. Please also find an image of the floorboards are they currently look. If you could please confirm your availability on Friday the 19th at approx 10am in Manly that would be great. You will need to bring all the tools 🛠 for this one!
