Hi just need to repair my timber floor in the doorway

Floor tiles The floor tiles in our back room have lifted. We have 20 lyno floor tiles that need removing scraped down and new ones added. these are self adhesive and very easy to install. Damaged skirting board The skirting boards have been damaged and need bogging and cleaning up hook in change room has fallen off. We need to have this patched and painted (paint provided) and then reinstalled

2x small burn marks and 1x carpet tear to be fixed. Only have about 1 metre of spare carpet for repairs. Carpet is also very old

Hi, I am moving out of my place in a couple of weeks and want to restore /fix an area (<1m2) of the wooden floor in my living room that has been inadvertently damaged through the tenancy. The floors polyurethane coating has worn off and it would probably require sanding, a new coat and a polish. Ideally I just want this area treated (vs redoing the whole floor). I have included photos of the damaged area as well as other areas for reference
