We need to get some stump work done in our house. It has been recommended that the existing floating hybrid flooring be removed prior, then relaid after the stump work is done. Hi there. I need someone to pull up the flooring in four rooms of our place (and remove existing skirting). Two of the rooms have carpet and tack strip applied directly to the concrete slab. For at least one of them the tack strips are also secured with an adhesive. The other two rooms (one v small, the other a larger living room) have floating floors. They come up easy. Ideally we would like y'all to dispose of the old flooring as we have no need of it, and to patch any holes in the concrete after taking up the tack strips.
