The gravity latch on our side gate is really stiff and only closes if you slam it. Not sure what’s causing it. We’d also be open to installing something more secure or dog-proof if that’s a better option. Looking for someone handy with gates or fencing to take a look and fix.

We are getting a double carport build in the next 3 months so don’t want to spend a lot on a fancy, long term solution. Just something to keep the dog secure until then. Also need the gap blocked underneath the pedestrian gate with a panel. Thanks

Looking for builder/handyman to remove and dispose of 2 x iron/metal gates (and fittings) as pictured. Carport gate is 2400 x 2000 and side gate is 2000 x 1000.

We need our front fence painted. The fence has 80% of first coat done. I want 2 more coats with enough time between to dry completely (do over a couple of days maybe?) I don't want the stainless latch painted at all but the hinges can be as was done on 1st coat. I expect a good and detailed job, making sure you get into every corner and joint properly, including in and around the metal gate frame. I will provide paint. You to need to provide tools/brush etc. You will need to wipe down and clean all the dirt off the fence first. A sheet or cardboard will need to be used to not spill onto the concrete. There is no grass in yet and just dirt, so use a sheet or something at the bottom to stop dirt being dragged in. I expect you to do under the bottom rail properly and all the way down the rails to ground.

I am needing to get my fence repaired or replaced, whichever is more cost effective. The problem is that the posts/footings have loosened on two sides. The side of the property which is approximately 20m from back gate to front corner and then about 15m from corner to front gate (road/front fence).
