Find experienced local fencing contractors in Kelvin Grove

A vagrant keeps breaking in over the balcony of our boarding house and trashing the place and stealing packages. Property manager doesn't seem to care about our safety, as the owner is tearing the property down next year (it's very old and falling apart) We need a wire fence that's around 2.4 metres wide and 2 metres tall, that is connected at the wooden walls on either side, and to the wooden floor. I don't have materials.

I am needing help with 2 fences that need to be pool compliant. 1 - Is the timber fence to our neighbour. Needs planks added to fill gaps & wedges added to their side. Fence is approx 20 mt long. 2. The back boundary fence, needs wood look aluminium battens added to a brick wall & an electric wood look aluminium gate. See attached photo (grey area in photo is an existing brick wall)

There are some leaking site underneath pool deck. So, we will need to remove the deck, check the area, then install the deck timber back. We are not sure about the price. Simply added a price there. Please quote. The Pool area is about 20mx7m (including the pool).

Fence caught on fire needs to be replaced/repaired

Basic option for fence install back of house to block off any access to under house or to road. Gate can be on left side or right side.Fence needs to run from sides of the neighbours fence in the back yard still allowing tenants to access yard from back stairs.

As seen in the photos. 2 fence posts have rotted and broke away. Need to be fixed/resecured. Preferably using the same post but refixing to the ground with steel as the water rises when there's heavy rain.

I am looking for a builder to do some repair work on my house. The house is a replica Queenslander, on steel posts. Two of the jobs are large, and the third is small. This site requires a budget, and I guessed at a figure, but I don't have much idea. The work is: 1) Fix or replace the front stairs. The left-hand handrail has a join that is coming apart, so the whole handrail is very loose. And some of the balusters may be coming loose. So I’m interested in either repair or replacement. 2) Repair or replace one of the steel posts supporting the house. It has rust at its base, and this has gone right through in part of the post. 3) Repair a newel post on the back deck – the one near the top of the stairs. It is rotting from the top. Please provide proof of builder certification etc. - Due date: Flexible
