1.replacement of old clothing line (standard size) 2.repair timber varandah rail - one broken pole, fixing loose palings 3. repair timber fence - loose palings, boken palings and poles, fence length is 48m total might need a visit in person to get the exact measurements

I need someone to do the railing for wooden fence, 28 m length with 3 rails in each bay. I am open to offers for the job including the material or I can provide it. The poles are now in place and I want the railing to be done on them. Please send me your offer and ignore $99.

We are looking to do a fence extension and What we are preposing is raising our rear boundary fence and the side fences into the first post. The fence line is currently at 1.8 Metres off the ground and we are looking to extend the fence with a colour bond extension kit. The new fence height will be 2.4M from the ground. Our reasons for this is we back onto a council walk way and currently everyone who walks past looks straight into our house. I have attached our plans for what we are wanting to do. We need a building certifier for this so we can get it all approved with council.

Slats Spaced at 5mm. - Install gate onto post - hinges provided. - Install timber guide on side of house post for gate to meet up and sit against when closed. - Gate lock installed on front (padlock type) - No staining of timber required - will let weather for a few weeks before I do that.
