The existing gate post (65x65mm) has been pushed over by the neighbour's garden wall so that the gate now can't be opened and closed easily. The post on the house side is OK. The job would need the gate to be removed, the existing post dug up, a new post installed so it's plumb, and the gate then re-hung. You can see in the images how much the neighbour's wall is leaning, and how the capstone has been pushed loose. It's the neighbour's wall and it needs to stay in place.

Front gate needs replacing, it is in-between brick walls, hoping for build and install of the gate. Also looking for a simple latch lock on it is possible
