The gate scrapes on the concrete driveway when fully open. The driveway slopes a little and is being raised by roots from a neighbors tree. The concrete has been previously ground but a longer term solution is to raise the gate on its hinges. I cannot stop the concrete being lifted by a tree root. As far as I can tell the posts are in good condition and the hinges and gate are also solid. I should say that there are 2 parts to the gate. So 4 hinges in total.

I need a small wood paling or plank fence build to replace the existing one. It is approximately 1.2 wide and 1.4 high.

The existing gate post (65x65mm) has been pushed over by the neighbour's garden wall so that the gate now can't be opened and closed easily. The post on the house side is OK. The job would need the gate to be removed, the existing post dug up, a new post installed so it's plumb, and the gate then re-hung. You can see in the images how much the neighbour's wall is leaning, and how the capstone has been pushed loose. It's the neighbour's wall and it needs to stay in place.

A pool fence was installed and the fence installers did a poor job of cutting and placing the pavers around the base of the new fence posts. I need a skilled paver to lift the pavers around 8 posts, cut new pavers to the appropriate shape and then place them back around the fence post. The gap around the base of the fence post should be no more than 20mm to the pavers around it and then can be filled with paving sand. The gap should be in a square shape that is equal thickness around the fence post. The pavers around the fence posts should be the same height as the pavers near them so the paving surface looks uniform. There is one post that has pavers that are mortared in, I have mortar to fill that gap if it is too hard to cut a paver to fit (the pavers were jackhammered out). I can supply all the pavers, mortar and sand and will clean out the existing gaps and holes. You will need to bring skill and a way to accurately cut pavers so that they fit with the other pavers around it the fence post. The fence is a pool fence so you will need to do the cutting a few metres away on the grass so the residue does not get into the pool.
