Seeking a quote for new colorbond fence installation on boundary - approx 20m length. Will need to remove remove and take away existing low height timber fence panels - approx 10m and install the new colorbond fencing in place of those.

Need 12-13 panels of colorbond fence installed. Labour only, all materials including colorbond fence & concrete supplied. Estimate to be half days work. 6-7 panels on top of concrete sleepers that are already installed with brackets sticking out. Remaining 6 panels need to be conreted in ground. Per pictures panels to go on top of concrete sleepers are on the side of the house. Panels to be concerted in ground are back back of the house in between 2 house and side of house. Easy access. I will supply for concrete bags and colorbond panels already on site.

I have 3 outdoor gates that all use sliding pad bolts to close/lock. The gates have moved over time and the bolts no longer lineup properly to close (at least without applying force). Two of the bolts are fixed to a steel frame, the other is directly in the timber door. The bolts all slide into concrete posts (see photos). Not sure if the bolts themselves just need to be moved slightly to line up with the hole again or if we need whole new pad bolts put on. I don’t have the correct tools to do myself. Will pay for any materials needed.

Need a front fence built to match the front balustrade. Rails already installed. We will supply timber verticals and timber for crosses. Will need to cut and install crosses and verticals. Approx 2.7m long total (in two sections). Must be neat and even.
