Find a fence installation professional in Mornington Peninsula

I need two picket fence panels built. One 3100mm wide and the other 4000mm wide. The posts are already in place. We will supply the pickets. You would need to supply the railings. The existing panel you can see in the photos is just leaning there and will be removed.

I want help building a fence that is also going to be used as a railing going down 4 steps. I will purchase all the material just need a decent carpenter who has a chop saw and I will provide everything. Preferably a retired carpenter who lives near Blairgowrie. Will add pictures if you need to see what I need help with!
