Fence Post has rotted out at bottom and needs replacement. This is a support for the colourbond fence. Exact Job: Remove adjacent pavers to existing 3 Colourbond posts. approximately 250 x 250 area. Ground will need to be excavated approximately 600mm for new post to be installed. New 100 x 75 mm H4 posts to be installed in holes, plumbed up and concreted in. Trowel finish at base of posts to fill in missing pavers. Cut down appropriate lengths of galvanised threaded rod. drill 2 holes in timber post and existing colour bond post ( top and approximately 600mm up from ground.) Utilising m12 nuts and 50 x 50 galvanised washers. Bolt/washer either side of post, followed by plumbing up fence then using the same method nuts/washer to clamp in place.

Wanting someone to install 2 x electric automatic gate openers. We already have the sliding gates. Trenches need digging for the electric cables (low voltage), external power if available and the gates need some slight adjustment so they line up with brackets when they close. This likely just requires the bracket to be moved slightly.

Existing timber fence - this is easy to remove - needs posts to be cut at slab level and wire snipped. New fence - will join existing pool fence section and will go into concrete slab. Started installing the pool fence and have ran out of time All the parts are ready to go, its protector brand, aluminium pool fencing Just need to hammerdrill a few holes in concrete to install posts and fit the railings Have a hammerdrill but isnt the best, just an ozito brushless with masonary drill bit 6mm 1 may need to be cut to size (either grinder or have a hacksaw with metal blade) Have 6mm anchorscrews for posts, all other peices come with its own screws All tools and gear are here if needed, ready to go Send me your offers!
