Need to replace existing timber fence between my property and neighbour. Existing fence is very old and falling down. Neither property is built to boundary, around 1.5m to work either side. After a Colorbond fence or similar, standard height for majority of length dropping to 1m or so for last 10m to street. Total length 40m. Block slopes upwards from street to rear of property. Gently slope for first 30m then c.2m step up to another 10m flat section.

We need to replace the two support posts underneath the deck of the boatshed. One of the posts has already broken, and the other is badly rusted and close to giving way. A temporary fix was done previously, but given their condition — especially being right by the water — both posts now need to be properly replaced in their original positions to ensure the structure remains safe and stable.
