East side fence: Replace with a new brushwood fence, 1730 mm × 5930 mm, with a waterproof membrane installed on top of the roll top. West side gate: Replace the existing single-panel brushwood gate with a timber or aluminium slat gate, 980 mm × 1600 mm, opening inwards and fitted with a lock. Note: Hardwood battens may be required to fit the gate. South side gate: Replace the existing brushwood fence (1730 mm × 780 mm) with a single-panel timber or aluminium slat gate, 780 mm × 1600 mm, opening inwards with a latch lock.
