We're looking for two reliable people with a suitable van or truck to transport our timber flooring display products to an event, assist with setup and return later that evening for pack down. Date: Friday, 16 October 2026 Locations: * Pick-up (approx. 10am): Tongue & Groove, 306 Swan St, Richmond VIC 3121 * Delivery: Lakeside Pavilion, 36 Lakeside Dr, Albert Park VIC 3206 * Return: 9pm pack down, with products transported back to our Richmond showroom. What's involved: * Collect and transport 3 boxes to the event venue. * Assist our team with unloading, positioning and setting up the display. * Return at 9pm to assist with pack down, loading and transport back to Richmond. Product dimensions & weight (approx.): * Box 1: 1050 × 1500mm – 40kg * Box 2: 600 × 450mm – 10kg * Box 3: 900 × 900mm – 15kg Requirements: * Two people comfortable lifting and moving heavy display products. * Suitable van or truck for safe transport. * Careful handling of products. * 9pm return for pack down is mandatory. * Must be available for both morning setup and evening pack down. Hi, we are hosting a Party for approx 40 guests and need support with party food (heating and serving), all round cleaning and tidying whilst party in full swing, as well as checking if people need drinks during the night. Must be reliable and willing to help the party run smoothly on the night and most importantly be friendly and courteous Party kicks off at 4pm on Saturday 21st June, so need someone on site beginning at 3:45pm to familiarise yourself with the kitchen and set up. Needed till approx 11:45pm.

Clean up of venue after a Christmas in July event.

We are setting up 6 hotdesking stations in Richmond. 12 screens, 6 keyboards, 6 headphones and some other small devices. Move items from our van to 3rd floor (up elevator), unpack and basic set up (nothing technical). Neatly repack rubbish and put back in van or onsite bin. Approx. 3 hours work.
