Looking for a reliable person to assist with set-up and pack down of event decor in Barn. Details - Location: Collingwood Children’s Farm (Barn) - Date: Friday 17th October 2025 - Time: 4pm - 5.30pm with Reception starting 6pm sharp - Return for Pack down window: 11pm to 11.30pm - Task: Safely climb a ladder to drape saris & flower garlands across barn beams, stage the florals/decorations on the tables, help with set up and pack down of the speakers for DJ. - All materials provided. Pre-guidance will be given on placement. - Duration: estimate. 2 hours total (4-530pm & 11–1130pm) - Equipment: bring vehicle and Ladder - Insurance: Must have current public liability insurance. - Experience: Previous event set-up & installation experience preferred. Even better if experience or familiar with Collingwood Children’s Farm Barn Payment: - Flat rate of $200 for the job (includes time, travel, and insurance coverage).
