Details - Location: Collingwood Children’s Farm (Barn) - Date: Friday 17th October 2025 - Time: 3pm - 5pm with Reception starting 6pm sharp - Return for Pack down window: 11pm to 12am - Task: Safely climb a ladder to drape saris & flower garlands across barn beams, stage the florals/decorations on the tables, help with set up and pack down - All materials provided. Pre-guidance will be given on placement. - Duration: estimate. 2 -3 hours max - Equipment: bring vehicle and Ladder. Ladder can be provided - Insurance: current public liability insurance. - Experience: Previous event set-up & installation experience preferred. Even better if experience or familiar with Collingwood Children’s Farm Barn Payment: - $100 per hour(includes time, travel, and insurance coverage).

We would love some help at our ‘Christmas in July’ party on Saturday 19th July at our apartment. We would like you to greet guests, pour and serve drinks (including a couple of basic cocktails), plate and serve food (including heating as necessary), clear glasses, run the dishwasher as required and generally help us keep everything running smoothly.
