I have only lived here for 6 months and I have been away one third of the time, so its very clean. It looks the same as it did the day I moved in. Also, I am fastidious about cleaning myself, so the floors are washed once a week and my robot vacuum does his thing every few days. Here is exactly what is here. 1 bedroom with a bed and two beside cabinets 1 office which is just a fitted desk and one chair (this room also has a murphy pull down bed but it has never been used by me). 1 walk in wardrobe area with 4 fitted drawers 1 bathroom inc. shower, toilet + vanity, all very modern and clean. I living and dining area inc. small sofa, TV, sideboard and coffee table, dining table and chairs. 1 kitchen with ceramic cooker (in perfect same condition as when I moved in) oven (used maybe 5 times by me…almost perfect) microwave and fridge.
