There seem to be molds on the ceiling downstairs directly above the shower in the second floor. I just want it checked for now and an estimate for repairs. If its not too much repair, ill get it fixed. If much work is needed and very costly, will defer repairs. Pls let me know your offer for call out fee and estimate. One of the breakers is switched off. When I flip it back to the ON position, it immediately trips again. As a result, the central heating system and the plug switches for the rooms connected to that circuit are not working. I have tried removing all the devices connected to outlets in that area to rule out a faulty appliance, but the breaker still trips as soon as I turn it on. The only thing I haven’t been able to check or isolate is the central heating unit itself, as I’m unsure how it’s connected or whether it can be unplugged for testing. Can you please assist with diagnosing or inspecting the circuit? It may be a fault in the heating system or wiring that needs professional attention.

I need someone to assemble and install in ground Basketball Hoops for my backyard. Mandatory Works: 1. Digging the hole for the base frame, supply and pour concrete to the hole to install the base frame of the hoops pole. Dimension would be around 50cm x 50cm x 100cm 2. Assembling the hoops from the box 3. Come back to install the hoops after the concrete dries up. I prefer the pole of the new hoops to be cemented on the dirt side rather than drilling a hole on the existing concrete (refer to attach photo). I will be purchasing a 72" height adjustable hoops (refer to attach photo) Optional (Add-on): 1.Additional price to supply and install netting in the side of my fence roughly 3m height x 5m length. Currently there is a portable hoops there which will be replaced with this new in-ground hoops. Will need you to move the current basketball hoops to the side so you can install the new basketball.
