Bathroom is 7yrs old and I need to replace the following items. Replace the basin pop-up mechanism in the drain for new, as it no longer functions. Replace bath tap (swivel tap required). Current one is functional but it’s lost it’s chrome finish, is tarnished. Replace shower head (rain & hand held combo). Current one is affected by lime scale or mineral build up/flow is not as good as once was). Tap mixer replace for new/advise. The mixer mechanism bath to shower is sticking. Not functioning well. Help requested to assist with, fitting a new one. I have not yet purchased items to replace as I’m not sure what fits. Happy to be guided by you.

Shower is leaking. Tried to replace the washers myself, but there seems to be silicone encased around the taps. Please replace the washers in both taps to stop the leaking shower and check why the silicone was there in the first place. It might also need to replaced if there is a secondary leak.

The standard laundry tap set juts out too far for my dryer. I have some shallow ones from Bunnings that you can install or I will consider other products if you have something to suggest. Needs to be finished today or tomorrow at latest please.

Hi! I need two photo A frame backdrops painted, both front and back, 2 different colours, with the edges white.

I left the light on in my car over night and now the car won't start. It's a black Toyota Carolla hatch. Maybe 2013 model. It's parked conveniently/ easily accessible. I'd love to have this done by Monday afternoon if possible :)

I am moving out and need some help with some paint chips on my walls. I'm worried I might stuff it up so I'd rather have a professional do it. I have the paint chips, I can grab the paint in the morning but it would be great if you could grab them and go get them colour matched if you have the time. Should be a pretty easy job! I also have pink spak filler if needed :)

The water keeps trickling and I have a feeling it is the outlet valve. I have already replaced the inlet valve recently, but the problem is still ongoing. Looking to have someone supply and replace the outlet value in the cistern. Also wanting the shower taps reseated Located in Adina Apartments - there is contractor parking if you see reception first, or 10 minute parking out the front. I have parked there longer than 10 mins numerous times without issues.
