Hi, we need someone to remove our old bench tops & dispose of them, and install new laminate bench tops. Please see photos attached. You will need to cut the laminate sheets to fit. Also there is tiling as splashback which you will need to be careful with. We will need you to fix any tiling damaged with the removal. Also fixing the tiling under the shelf where they are currently damaged. We will supply the tiles.

Replace a couple of plain mixer taps with new swan neck taps. Should be a straightforward job if you have the right tools.

Resident from downstairs reported leak from rangehood and above cupboard last night. Upstairs resident just moved in and said they use nothing but only washing machine. Could be hose not installed properly or gap at the drainage. Need investigation and fix

Brick retaining wall to be built to replace the wooden on below the hose as well. As wooden one is rotten. Brick retaining wall to be in the same style / finish as the one on the right, see 4th image for this. Border brick (2 to 3 course) to be installed along the edge, replacing the current horizontal wood posts and replacing the current jarrah timber edgeing (the path length where brick edging is required is 7m). Hi I'm looking for someone who can install a VIPER 3400 car alarm and a MONGOOSE VT 900 GPS Tracker. To be fitted to a 2004 Toyota Camry. I will provide the SIM card but u will need to show me how the MOngoose app functions .

I have two lamps purchased from a discount import business some years ago, and would like to have the wiring tested, and replaced if not safe. Residing in Box Hill North, working in Melbourne CBD and can bring them to the City if easier.

4 year old fence needs a touch up. Approx 7 meter wide and 1 meter tall in height. Need gaps to be filled and than paint done after sanding a bit.
