I’m looking for someone to remove 4–5 small tree stumps in my backyard so I can install a level weed mat along the fence line. The stumps are already cut low but still rooted into the ground, and they’re preventing the area from sitting flat. The job includes: • Cutting each stump flush with or slightly below ground level • Removing or trimming any remaining small roots, shoots, or protrusions • Light digging around each stump if needed to properly shave them down • Leveling and smoothing the soil across the full strip so it’s ready for weed mat installation • Optional: taking away any small green waste (preferred but not essential) The area is easy to access, and the photos show the exact stumps that need attention. Most are small (hand-sized), but they’re firm enough to require proper tools. A reciprocating saw, pruning saw, or small chainsaw will make the job quick and clean. A mattock or small spade may be needed for shallow roots. Estimated time for someone with the right tools: 30–60 minutes. Paint part of upstairs of townhouse, includes 3 bedrooms with two walk in robes. Large rumpus room (~6x6m), hallway and above the stairs. I am trying to get an idea of prices first as may paint of house ourselves

Washing machine taps currently in kitchen, with plumbing/drain. I want to move laundry to the next room, to create more space in the kitchen (see image). Wall is not brick and can be cut into, as with chipboard flooring underneath. Given that this is beside the current plumbing in the kitchen/laundry I believe this must be possible and am interested to know how much this would cost, how long it would likely take and any risks/concerns. Patch hole in plasterboard on ceiling

The original base of the letterbox has disintegrated and the flap at the front is long gone. We need a solution to this tricky situation. I have purchased another letterbox (pictured) which could be attached above the existing pillar, but then how does one close up the current hole?! Looking for ideas- thanks
