Paint part of upstairs of townhouse, includes 3 bedrooms with two walk in robes. Large rumpus room (~6x6m), hallway and above the stairs. I am trying to get an idea of prices first as may paint of house ourselves

Washing machine taps currently in kitchen, with plumbing/drain. I want to move laundry to the next room, to create more space in the kitchen (see image). Wall is not brick and can be cut into, as with chipboard flooring underneath. Given that this is beside the current plumbing in the kitchen/laundry I believe this must be possible and am interested to know how much this would cost, how long it would likely take and any risks/concerns. Patch hole in plasterboard on ceiling

The original base of the letterbox has disintegrated and the flap at the front is long gone. We need a solution to this tricky situation. I have purchased another letterbox (pictured) which could be attached above the existing pillar, but then how does one close up the current hole?! Looking for ideas- thanks
