(4 in main bed, 3 in 2nd bed, 4 in living, 2 in kitchen) + 1 x switch relocation approx. 2m move in plan, from kitchen to now extended bathroom wall. + 1 x GPO outdoor (laundry installed now, old photo sorry). + 2 x black LED tricolour up and down lights to go on front feature posts (provisioned with cable, supply and install also, no dimmers) + 1 x new light fixture and switch to go in entryway (provision and install only, fixture ready to go). + 2 x LED strip lights (supply and install 1 to front handrail, 1 to kitchen overhead cabinets). Notes: - Modern board provisioned for future raise etc. so plenty of capacity. - Current setup is 1300mm AC fan and light combos with remotes in all rooms, which are staying, just not quite enough light. - Gimbal LEDs to avoid strobing. - The front stairs aren't in yet for the LED strip under handrail, but will be shortly.
