Master Bedroom: All walls of the WIR will be removed, and new wardrobes will be installed. 1, Remove the ceiling fan and its switch. 2, Remove the TV GPO and antenna socket from the wall. 3, The lights and switch in the WIR and study will be relocated. Of the two existing lights, only one will remain and be relocated to the center of the area, with the switch moved to the wall by the entrance. 4, The GPO in the study will be relocated to the wall with the window on the right side. Laundry: The current cabinets and sink will be removed, and new wall-mounted and base cabinets will be installed. 1, The washing machine outlet (on the left side) needs to be lowered to below the countertop of the base cabinet. 2, Another outlet on the wall (on the right side) needs to be lowered to sit between the wall-mounted cabinet and the base cabinet. 3, Add a new GPO for the robot cleaner, approximately 300mm from the floor. 4, Add a new GPO for a wall-mounted washing machine, location to be confirmed. Power went out in half of the house last night. Lights are still on, however 80% of the power sockets aren't working inside the house. One of the switches in the fuse box is turned off. I'm not able to switch it back on. We need to replace a4-burner electric cooking top. Specific tasks will be: - Remove old 4-burners electric cook top & install a new 4-burners electric cook top - Provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety on completion. IMPORTANT NOTE: The new cook top is approximately the same size as the old cook top; however the current cutout (for Bellini, 75X49) is bigger than the the cutout size required for the new cook top (for Devanti, 56X49), so hopefully it should be okay else please advise before accepting the task.
