Purchased house with old and new fittings.. need some replaced and some reviewd for confirmation of compliance approx 15 new lights to fit and 5 to confirm as compliant. Update to original post .. I have done a firm count of fittings.. 3 outdoor fittings.. just a simple swap. Check compliance on 5 new fittings. 3 new holes to be made in ceiling adjacent to current fittings for additional down lights. 3 new holes that may need extra wiring length or in the roof point or I don't know what happens up there when a new fitting is further from existing points? Is thus a factor. In bathroom.. if I can get a heater/ light fitting would it be possible to add this? How much. Budget tight may keep it at 1 downright swap out. Total lights to swap inside: 12 Plus 6 new holes and lights as described above Plus 3 outdoor fittings. Possibly the heater fitting if affordable. Compliance certificate on all required. Thanks everyone.
