We have a table lamp and a broken floor lamp that need rewiring. Table lamp needs new lamp holder and retaining ring (maybe new lamp holder). Floor lamp needs a new lamp holder and new internal cord.

(4) add a power outlet next to an existing light which is in an area under the stairs. i am hoping to put a small wine fridge in this area.
