We have a table lamp and a broken floor lamp that need rewiring. Table lamp needs new lamp holder and retaining ring (maybe new lamp holder). Floor lamp needs a new lamp holder and new internal cord.

I have a few electrical jobs about the house I would like to get done. they are: (1) replace external floodlight with new led version (unit supplied) (2) replace fluorescent light in the garage with a new unit (supplied) (3) add an exhaust fan to an upper floor bathroom. exhaust and switch fan is supplied. access to the attic is via a manway about 2m from bathroom. (4) add a power outlet next to an existing light which is in an area under the stairs. i am hoping to put a small wine fridge in this area. You need to be a licensed electrician and the work can only be carried out on a Friday.
