Residential electrical works. 2 storey townhouse in Nunawading, built in 2013. Quote for following: 1. installation of 5 ceiling fans (42 inch x3, 52 inch x1, 32 inch x1). 3 of them already have existing light point so it would be a replacement. 2 of them require new points/plugs. I have a stud detector and had checked the locations of where i want the fans installed, they all have studs in place. 2. installation of 1 pendant light in kitchen (new connection) All the items in terms of fans & lights are available / provided. Need quote for installation including material for the 3 new connections (plug point / wires). I have attached images in the current light points to be replaced with the fans; the type of fans to be installed and the type of pendant light to be installed.

Prefer a contractor capable of underground horizontal boring/tunneling to avoid cutting the concrete path. ​Run a polypropylene blue/white draw string through the entire length of the pipe into the pit. ​Ensure all underground sweeps maintain a minimum 300mm radius (no tight elbows). ​Requirements: ​Must hold ACMA Open Cabling Registration (with underground competencies) and be NBN eNable accredited to access the pit safely. ​Must handle any required local Council "Works within Road Reserve" permits/approvals if required for the footpath interface. ​Please provide a fixed-price quote inclusive of materials and labor.
