Looking for someone to uninstall light in picture and install a suspension kit (I have supplied) in its place

I have one ceiling fan physically installed but wires not connected. All wires are in the room (not in the ceiling, they are pulled through so no need to go in the roof). Fan has a pull string for on/off so no need to connect to switch. There are 4 wires available from ceiling so will need to test which is correct for fan (previously there was a fan with a light installed). I can borrow a ladder if need be but ideally you can bring one :)

Our cold pressed juicer has stopped working. Make is an Omega Juicer. The on/off switch doesn't seem to work anymore. I've already started taking screws off to access on/off button but can't get to it.

I have purchased 4 exterior lights that I need installed

When I renovated I removed the skirting boards which had power plugs mounted onto them. Behind the skirting was a brick sized gap that the electrical ran through. I would like the gap filled with brick and the power plugs mounted onto the brick. The job will involve sourcing, placing and drilling the brick and mounting the power plug There are 3 holes / power plugs total. They are currently sitting on cheap ply taped to the wall.. so would like this done asap. Let know if you have any questions

Hi. I have 12 dimmable downlights on 3 separate dimmers, I've swapped from all from Halogen to LED, and some have stopped working, need universal or LED optimised dimmers. Need someone to come in and get it working. I'd prefer not to swap out light fittings, or switch out my dimmable downlights to some other brand or whatever. One of the switches in the kitchen have gone to far inside it’s casing so doesn’t sound too hard to fix and also one of my power points makes crackling sounds which I’d like to get checked out by a licensed electrician
