A) remove existing fluorescent lights and piece of wood holding them up B) replace fan and swap old fan switch for new one (comes in box with new fan) C) swap out light with new light and globe - provide and swap out architrave switch with an on/off plus dimmer switch D) swap out light with new light and globe - provide and swap out architrave switch with an on/off plus dimmer switch price negotiable - i am not sure on standard pricing for electricians note tall ladder needed. max ceiling height ~4800mm AFFL
