Lighting not working in family room and laundry.

I’m looking for a sparky to replace 20 existing downlights under the eaves. They’re the older style ones and a few have started to fail. Current cut-out: about 6.2cm New LED lights (pictured): 90–100mm Need the old ones removed, holes slightly enlarged, and new ones fitted - already have the new lights Located in Marangaroo (single story brick and tile)

Replace 1 exiting ceiling light and install 2 additional ceiling lights on same switch. Also repair existing ceiling down lights.

To down lights need to be replaced in a bedroom

I’m looking for someone to add a power point for a dishwasher and wire in new pendant lights. Electrician that I had booked in for today cancelled at last minute, I would still love to get these done today. (Obviously budget is higher than $5, I couldn’t post without putting some number to the budget)

Light has fallen out of the ceiling, it was too bright for the area anyway so we would like it removed and 4x down lights put in. Preferably some smart lights that can dimmed. We are not worried about the patch up work as we can do this ourselves.

The Power point is not working, apparently it was cut when some work was done. Want to get it back up and running!

Replace a mains security light under front eave (part supplied), remove a security sensor under back eave and replace a light switch under carport.

Install a power box in a room easy power access to install by an electrican

1. Need to install 9 downlight's in my home (inc drill new holes. They will in be in pair of 2 pair. Going back to exiting switch. 2. Need to remove old fixture. 3. Cables, accessories, downlights will be provided. If you are good in what you do and in reasonable price. There will be plenty of work in future. As we are planning on more projects.
