We need a licensed electrian to complete the following household electrical work: 1) install a 15amp outlet in our garage. The meter box is approx 15m away from the area to install the outlet, and the brick is all exposed on the wall and is accessible. An individual fuse spot is also available. 2) get an oven 15amp cable installed - just wire it with a plug. 3) install a power outlet in the roofspace for an exhaust fan. 4) replace an existing fluorescent on the garage roof with a LED batten light in the garage - i’ve got the light already. 5) replace a single gang switch for a ceiling light and exhaust fan with a double gang switch. This is so one switch can be for the light individually, and the other individually for the exhaust fan. Materials supplied - 1 x LED batten light for the garage. Flexible on dates but would like to do within the next two weeks.

***Licensed electricians ONLY*** There was issue with current tripping when using certain appliances such as air conditioner and dryer. But now it is occurring more randomly such as when the dryer is not working and a lamp is turned on. An electrician came out to have a look and said the issue is 1 circuit breaker for the bedroom in the back and power downstairs which is not enough voltage that makes it keep tripping. He said the best way for downstairs to have their own circuit breakers. As such, I need a quote to install new power circuit to seperate downstairs from upstairs. Happy to have job completed whenever suitable.
