I need an electrician to fix a downlight in the living room. We have already tried replacing it with several spare bulbs, but the light still won't work, so the issue isn't the bulb itself.

2x external lights (supplied) to be installed under the eave of the single storey section of our house. There is already an existing external light installed on the same eave on an external switch, the 2x additional lights to be extended on same circuit. Will need qualified electrician with electrical cirtificate for work done.

I will supply all new Fans… 6 out of the 7 have the light attachment that clips underneath them. All 7 are remote controlled. X2 of the Fans are to be installed directly onto the Slab Ceiling roof to replace existing light fittings. (Alfresco area and Downstairs living) X5 of the Fans to be mounted to a brace in the ceiling roof where no concrete slab is above and roof access is available. 2 of the mentioned fans are on the second storey of the house

Roof tile is moving and leaking water where solar brackets are mounted. Need to check and fix those tiles or sealed gap. - Due date: Flexible
