Needing a licensed electricial to swap out downlight (above shwoer) and install exhaust fan (i can purchase on your advice). There is a current exhaust fan which is over bathroom sink approx 1-1.5m away with a roof vent already installed (however not effective in extracting steam and risking mold build up).
