Put new downlight in, previous decommissioned due to water damage in roof but sorted now. Also look at why air con control panel isn't working and kitchen circular fluorescent light isn't working. Needing a licensed electricial to swap out downlight (above shwoer) and install exhaust fan (i can purchase on your advice). There is a current exhaust fan which is over bathroom sink approx 1-1.5m away with a roof vent already installed (however not effective in extracting steam and risking mold build up).
