The ceiling height is 2.3m for 4 of them and the pendant light is at the staircase and the installation is a bit tricky as this is accessible at the edge of the upper floor handrail side. I will supply the lights and dimmer switch. 2) 3 off 10A sub-breakers in the main switchboard test function do not work. Check and replace the breakers with similar as necessary with ad-hock cost.
