1. Supply and install 22- 8W led downlights. There are 10 upstairs and 12 downstairs. (see attached) 2. Install 1 pendant light on stairs. The plate of a downlight attached to ceiling is 40cm in diameter. Light will provided (see attached) 3. Patch the holes left after removing old light fittings

Electrician wanted!! 1. Replacing existing 5 light fittings with LED lights throughout the house. (2x Kenyir 40cm LED Ceiling light, 1x Helsinki LED Ceiling light. 1x Philips 9w Tri-colour Dimmable LED Downlight with dimmer switch, 1x Brilliant Empress Pendant light). The ceiling height is 2.3m for 4 of them and the pendant light is at the staircase and the installation is a bit tricky as this is accessible at the edge of the upper floor handrail side. I will supply the lights and dimmer switch. 2) 3 off 10A sub-breakers in the main switchboard test function do not work. Check and replace the breakers with similar as necessary with ad-hock cost. Give your best installation cost for part 1 and inspection of part 2. The replacement and installation cost of part 2 will be discussed on-site.

The power socket and antenna are at the lower level and might need to move up. Additional 2 USB and 2 HDMI points also require to bring from the tv to the tv stand for DVD, set-top box and hard drive connections. Task 2: (Upper floor) Install a Samsung 40-inch tv on the drywall. The electrician requires to supply the wall bracket. The power socket is in the room but not near the tv. There will be a light switch which needs to be relocate as it will be covered by TV. The antenna is not nearby and needs to be branched out from the existing external antenna cable.
