Find trusted local electricians in Brentwood WA

Need a small 2.5kw air conditioner unit installed in the front lounge room as soon as possible. Single story, back to back install. I have the unit ready to install already. The switch board is located in the same room as the install, approximately 3 meters away from installation site.

I need to add a socket from the other side of the wall, where is a socket already.

There is a PowerPoint mounted to a bookcase, I need the PowerPoint removed and three bookcases unscrewed and removed from the room. This needs to be tomorrow (31/5) at 0700 as carpet is being installed in that room. (Prev electrician has cancelled!) Bookcases approx 2m high and 80cm across each.

There are a few odds and ends that we were looking to get done: - garage light needs replacing, - upstairs ceiling light needs replacing, - plus advice on current downlights and replacement options (we haven’t been able to replace like for like with existing downlights, so have this odd mix of lights and brightnesses - would prefer to get all the same, and a warmer light). Unclear on the costs of all this, but have put an indicative cost in this post anyway, open to discussion. Thanks. - Due date: Flexible

Electrician to hardwire 2x security lights to front/side of house. I'm not sure if they need their own switch so just let me know how much extra if that's the case. I will supply the security lights.

Install medium round skylight with flexible ducting in kitchen/family area. If can supply the materials also a bonus. Single storey house with tiled roof.
