I’m looking for a licensed electrician to replace several existing MR16 halogen downlights (GU5.3 pin, 12V with transformer) with a long-term LED solution. Scope of work: • Inspect current fittings & transformers. • Advise on the best option (either: keep fittings with LED-compatible drivers, or upgrade to 240V GU10 / integrated LED downlights). • Supply and install quality dimmable LED lights compatible with a Clipsal Universal Dimmer.

Need ring doorbell connected to app. And the chime to be connected and synced. Need tumble dryer assessed to see why it’s clicking by off?

Price is negotiable I am looking for someone to supply and install: 1) 2 x two ports cat6 ethernet wall plates. The first one in the front living room (downstairs in front of the house) and the second one in the study upstairs. 2) Wire the two ports between these rooms together. I estimate each cable to be ~25m. House is double brick and there are solar panels above the study upstairs. Manhole is fairly small so it might be easier to enter by lifting the roof tiles. The front living room is only single storey and has tile roof but no man hole to access from inside.

Diagnose and fix leak in bathroom, if possible, also paint and touch up ceiling caused by the leak. Double storey house and leak is coming from upstairs bathroom and ceiling affected is just above the stairs. - Due date: Flexible
