Im looking to purchase window air cons for a rental where the owner won't replace the very old air con. We can install the box in the window no problem but I think it needs a dedicated power outlet and can't just be plugged in like a portable air con. Probably needs an actual sparkie. We were going to buy one as a trial and then five for the other rooms if it works well.

I’ve got two ceiling lights that keep going off - one in the toilet, one in the bedroom. After changing light bulbs, it will work for about a week then it will stop working.
