The new external unit will replace old one. Re use vertical duct. New internal unit will be above the doors on the balcony..I will assist on the day to run services through roof, and down wall into living room. I'll also assist the drainage which will be inside eave.

Need to install 2 pairs of sconces. First pair, vintage, needs to be rewired and installed onto a marble slab. So heavy drill required. See photos. Area has already been wired in and ready. We have a power point that is no longer working and needs repair. It hasn’t been in use for 15 years but it used to work. Either wiring or point itself not working.

I currently have a live wire and a speaker which needs connecting. The previous speaker short-circuited because of water damage. I need to know if I can plug exisiting live wire into new speaker without damaging new speaker or whether some work is needed on the wire to make it safe again. Could be a 5 min job or longer if a new cable needs to run / installed.

Need a Level 2 Electrician to connect 2 Meters into One. Both Meters are in the board and both owned by the same customer altho when they built the house the owner had split the house into 65 and 65A as it used to be a seperate dwelling.
