I’m looking for a qualified and experienced handyman to repair a 2 meter cosmetic crack in a plaster/drywall wall in my bathroom. Scope of work includes: • Assessing and repairing a cosmetic crack in drywall/plaster • Supplying all tools, equipment and materials required for the repair (e.g. filler/compound, tape if required, sanding materials, drop sheets, etc.) • Preparing the surface properly so the repair is smooth and flush with the existing wall • Painting over the repaired area so it blends seamlessly with the surrounding wall I already have the matching paint from the original supplier, which will be provided. Important notes: • This is a cosmetic repair, not structural • Bathroom environment, so experience with moisture-prone areas is important • The finish must be neat, smooth and unnoticeable once painted Requirements: Proven experience with plaster/drywall repairs Own tools and materials Attention to detail with painting and finishing Availability to complete the job in one visit where possible Please include details of your experience and similar jobs you’ve completed.

Commercial building, removal of built in desk / cabinetry has caused some damage to the wall as well as exposed some holes in drywall from previously relocated ethernet / power point. There was also a ridiculous number of small holes drilled into the drywall by a previous contractor (assumably when they were looking for the stud!). Needs repaired and prepped ready for repainting. I am doing some renovations at my little unit (55sqm), I am looking for someone reliable to do various tasks: - Build a wooden frame for two closets (one opening from the bedroom and the other one from the living room) - Gyprock and fibre cement sheets, possibly plastering too - Bathroom hob and shower screen. - Benchtop to accomodate the washing machine and the sink. - Kitchen benchtop (L shape) - Door frames - Might need to relocate some electricity plugs and sockets As there are various things to be done, I believe it's like a 2 week work. Refitting of dry wall in laundry area. patch is 101cm x 93cm. This will be tiled over once repaired. We do have some dry wall sheets on site also. Job required to be done before Saturday.
