Concrete driveway need to be finish

We need a small reinforced concrete slab constructed beside our driveway, against the house/boundary fence. The finished slab needs to be approximately 1100mm × 450mm × 100mm thick and completely level/flat, as it will be used as a base for gas bottles. Work required: * Saw-cut and remove a small section of the existing concrete driveway to create sufficient space for the slab. * Existing driveway is approximately 100mm thick. * Approximate saw cuts required: * 1100mm long * 120mm long * Remove and dispose of all cut concrete/rubble. * Excavate/prepare the area as required and provide a suitable compacted base. * Form up the slab. The house/boundary side can form two edges of the area, with formwork required to the remaining exposed edges as appropriate. * Install steel mesh reinforcement, adequately supported within the slab. * Pour a 1100mm × 450mm × 100mm reinforced concrete slab. * Slab must be perfectly level, despite the adjoining driveway being on a fairly steep gradient. * The new slab must not follow the slope of the driveway or simply be poured onto/joined to the sloping driveway. * Neat finished edges and surface. * Remove all waste and leave the area tidy. Access is straightforward from the driveway. I’ve attached photos showing the location and the section of driveway that needs to be cut. Please quote including labour, concrete, reinforcing mesh, formwork/base materials, concrete saw cutting and removal/disposal of the old concrete. Hello, I'd like to get a basic gate installed between existing fences that have a spacing for a single car driveway. I do not have existing materials. The spacing is 2.8 metres. Maybe around 1.5 metres for the height, but I'm flexible and it definitely doesn't need to be as tall as the fence. Will need the fence for basic privacy and security purposes. It needs to be porous to wind as a previous gate failed under wind stress. The system should be able to accommodate a basic lock setup (e.g chain/latch and padlock) but I can set this up myself so it does not have to be included in this job. Open to second hand components if they do not compromise the durability of the construction and it reduces the overall cost. The existing adjacent fence posts may need reinforcement after the gate is added. A photo has been attached. It shows a former gate that is no longer there. I do not require the same design as this former gate.

We have what appears to be a blocked sewer line at the bottom of our driveway. Water/sewage is backing up from the drain/inspection point during use. Looking for a licensed plumber to: * Diagnose the blockage. * Clear the sewer line using appropriate equipment (drain snake/auger or jetter if required). * Test that the line is flowing correctly before leaving. * If possible, run a CCTV camera afterwards to identify the cause (please advise if this is an additional cost).
