Preparation • Inspect the entire driveway for cracks, oil stains, or loose debris. • Pressure-wash all surfaces to remove dirt, moss, algae, oil, and other contaminants. • Mechanically abrade or etch glossy or smooth areas to improve paint adhesion. • Repair minor cracks and surface imperfections using a suitable driveway patch compound. • Mask adjacent surfaces (kerbs, lawns, walls, garden beds, and garage doors) to prevent overspray or spills. 2. Materials and Products • Use a high-quality, UV-stable, slip-resistant concrete driveway coating suitable for high-traffic areas. • Colour to be confirmed by the Strata Committee (price for charcoal or terracotta to match the existing aesthetic). • Apply a compatible concrete primer/sealer if recommended by the coating manufacturer. 3. Application • Apply two coats of the approved driveway paint using rollers or spray equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions. • Ensure even coverage with no pooling, streaks, or thin spots. • Allow appropriate curing time between coats and before traffic use. 4. Clean-Up and Safety • Remove all masking, tools, and debris from site. • Dispose of waste materials responsibly. • Leave the site clean, safe, and ready for use. • Place temporary signage or barriers to restrict vehicle access until paint is fully cured. 5. Warranty • Provide a minimum 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials, subject to normal wear and tear.

The driveway light has come off and isn't working anymore - might be a wiring problem. Looking for someone to check and repair or replace it. Please bring your own tools and materials if needed. Prefer to get it done as soon as possible.

I need a new wooden fence, that runs along my driveway. . The fence is 6.6 m long, would like approx 1.5 m high Gate 0.9m long, would like approx 1.3 m high Other side of gate to front door, 1.3 m long, would like approx 1.3 m high. I'd like a wooden slate fence, with horizontal pieces of merbau wood. The photo in this add, shows the type of new fence I'm interested in. And needs to be for body corp approval.

We have 2 projects. 1. Where we need relocate a crossover and driveway, and slab for a carport. For the ROP from council, they need conctrator's details. We also need the existing crossover to be removed. The 1st 2 pictures are for this job. 2. Where we need a new slab for an extension. Move 2m3 of soil to backyard raised garden bed. Can supply one wheelbarrow and shovels. Woodchips to be removed from raised bed first.

The grating for the gutter at the bottom of the driveway is broken and incomplete at several spots and needs to be replaced. The drainage is also blocked and needs to be cleared as much as possible.

My husbands motorbike needs to be pushed from the basement carpark to our letterbox on the street. There is a steep ramp/driveway that it needs to get up in order to reach the letterbox. The motorbike is big and heavy. My husband will be on the front steering and you will be on the back end pushing so you need to be strong. He will help push also.

I’ve attempted to install a Milkcan clothesline on my sloping concrete driveway, but I’m struggling to get the post level both ways without using packers that end up showing and making it look really bad. You’ll need a strong magnet (which you can bring) to fish it out. After that, the hole will need to be neatly fixed—either gluing a bolt in place or another suitable method. This driveway is just dirty and has a small area under the VAN see pics of moss thats collecting on the ground. There are No oil spills or stains. Its just really just dirty and needs a thorough wash. I would be looking at someone that has experience doing these and is not doing this without prior experience. Water is available on the premises and we will remove the cars on the day agreed. At this point I am collating the information on offers and I am happy to pay extra to get the job done, however it really depends on the final price agreed. The main drain is situated just outside the garage between the concrete driveway and the grass area just before the carport entry.

Need a sealer applied to driveway to protect it from cracking and UV. The driveway has been cleaned this weekend. So just need applying sealer. Can purchase sealer. Need to bring tools.

We need a driveway slab extended to add some additional width to the driveway. Area is about 3m long x 40cm wide by 30cm deep. Will need an expansion joint, formwork obviously and concreting. Extending into part of the garden bed as per image included. Would like to get it done next week.
