Hi Need to install 8 x door locks (3x privacy locks, 5 x standard locks) - 2 pictured in one photo with the cover plates underneath. They are all the same. The screenshot of stainless steel lock is the one is similar to what I’m trying to i + remove and reapply sealant in bathroom for vanity in bathroom (approx 80cm) +Silicon beading between bench top and splash back approx 3.5m

(Job 1 )- There is 2 wood panels from ceiling to floor encasing down pipe that goes down the cornice of the walls, that needs replacing due to ongoing water leaks down the pipes. Looking to replace the wooden frames before painting (Job 2 )- installing 3 door handles for bathroom (with privacy lock), laundry and internal garage (assume door handles supplied) to replace the grey panels/handles pictured (2 doors out of the 3 for bathroom and laundry) with new ones like the black one picture. Please quote on Job 1 and Job 2 separately and if you can only do one, please still quote. Thanks

Hi I need to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom to help deal with moisture/mould - none currently installed. Also need to replace the bathroom door with a new one as current one damaged

looking for someone to help hang a bunch of things. A painting, a power strip, and a light all on a brick wall. The light has a plastic rim that will need to have a small cut out to make room for the wire. Also need to install the door sweep. The door sweep will need to be trimmed to fit. The existing rubber door sweep will need to be removed. it would be awesome if you have time to do this tonight (Monday) but if not then we can work out a time for tomorrow as well. I’d estimate this would take less than 40 minutes altogether maybe much quicker depending on how you work

Remove carpet from Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Hallway and Living Room. Total approx 35m2 carpet. Dispose of carpet. Build trapdoor to access under the house in Bedroom 2 and Dining Room. Patch small hole in bathroom ceiling. Patch small hole in wall made from front door lock. Reattach kitchen cabinet door with hinges (you may need to buy the correct ones if mine do not fit). Remove old grout in kitchen under splashback, lay new grout/silicon. Reattach fallen tile to wall. New hinges for bathroom cabinet as rusted. Fill wall cracks. Must dispose of all rubbish and clean up. Must bring own tools, ladder, materials (plaster, grout) etc.

Step 1. Position latch of door guard on door frame and secure with screws provided. Step 2. Align door guard on door with latch and check the latch aligns when opening door. Step 3. Mark and drill screw holes of door guard and secure with screws provided. Step 4. Your security door guard is ready for use.

I need a frame with gyprock installed to create a door frame, and possibly door installation as well. Size of space is 3.65mts high x 2.55mtrs wide so will need a frame installed to then fit a door. (I can paint myself)
