Ceiling has new gyprock. Just needs to be painted before Monday as new floor is going in. Needs undercoat first. We will supply the paint.

5 dining chairs. Polyester material on metal frames. We just bought a used set and want to get them cleaned before we use it. The maintenance instructions say that it’s best to shampoo wash, steam wash or dry clean it without removing the seat cover from the chair. Fully furnished apartment but furnishings, fabrics, carpet and paint don't live up to marble floors and nice finishes. Just need to change a few things to get this pad looking great. Applicants must have portfolio or designs to show off their talents. A few requirements as far a living but looking for a non-cluttered high end livable apartment. Attached pictures show current furnishings, etc. The image looks better than the actual apartment so in person is an important aspect. Don't require mood boards, 3D plans, etc. Just need someone to know what color to paint, what fabrics to use and finally what final pieces to make the place look coordinated.
