Need someone to build a 7 x 3.5 subframe on concrete - fairly levelled. Will need to source your subframe / treated pine and footings. I plan to use Ekodeck for the deck.

We require approximately 25m2 of decking to be re-stained. I can get better photos tomorrow

Feel free to send offers. I need plans drafted for a front deck for a house Reno/deck build (this is an old house made of hardwood.) The deck extends off the house requiring some holes to be dug, however the other half of the posts will be bolted to a finished slab. (I don’t require approvals.) Small counter-lever of bearer is required, as the counter lever is necessary to avoid gas line and allows my deck to finish nicely with the external corner of house. Pole plates will be bolted to existing house bearers. And I’m wanting to use joist brackets off the pole plates to take the joists. Needs to include: adequate Bearers and Joist (sizing and measurements), Post spacing for both bearers and hand rail posts. ( I’d like them to take both where possible.) - plans - bearer, joists, posts, 450 centres for joist and beam order list. I have hand drawn plans with dimensions. And bearer placement. idea on bearer and joist sizing , I’ve also ran profiles and squared up in preparation. However I want plans for obvious reasons. Depending on your work - I will potentially require more plans in the near future!

Sand and 2x coats oil a timber deck approx 3x4.5m, 14 step treads and deck surrounds. Furniture will be moved so deck will be clear to work on.

Light sand and seal of deck. Must use drop sheet to protect concrete underneath. Light sand and seal two stair landings - no stairs.

I’m like to get string lights (already purchased) installed on my deck. I’d like them to run in a V securing to the house and running to the centre post, avoiding the fan path and then coming back to the other corner of the house before being plugged into a PowerPoint (already installed).
