Find professional cornice repairs in Gold Coast

Need two corners cut with clean joins. I have a mitre box, cornice cement, and saw but busted shoulder can’t complete. I will paint ect just need help cutting and placing.

Repair plasterboard where there is mould (small areas), water damage or cracking. Replace missing cornice (small area) which includes a section in a skylight area (this is a vaulted ceiling). Caulking is needed to the space between cornicing and brickwork (walls) throughout a 5 bed, 3 bathroom home. Gap varies in width from 0 to around 5mm.

Put up gyprock plaster and cornice

Part of the ceiling is falling down, plus a few cracks and cornice

I need crown molding/ cornices installed between walls and ceilings the entrance way, corridor leading to the bedrooms, Living area, and x1 bedroom. I already have the cornices (polymer material), just need them installed as I'm not good at cutting neat and flush corners. I have had a new kitchen installed and the cabinetry now goes to the ceiling. The kitchen guy has cut around the existing cornices and I now need someone to cut and install around the cabinetry to finish off. Hopefully keeping existing cornices that do not need replacing.
