I have cracked cornices in several rooms and a crack in ceiling plaster in one area

Need a bulkhead installed above IKEA wall cabinets. I have the IKEA cover panels and a cornice. However will need to remove part of the exciting cornice on the right and butt in new cornice around bulkhead. Would also like the right side next to the cabinet covered.

I had a professional cleaner come in to do a thorough clean inside the house before moving in, however they did not do all walls top to bottom/cornices/ceiling area right near the cornices, wall skirtings Looking for someone who is a professional at this to do it because I am not sure when the previous occupants last cleaned this Wanting to ensure its not streaky on the walls when you finish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single story house

The garage door will need the exterior veneer and mouldings replaced and repainted. Two of the cornices in the garage ceiling have dropped. These will need to be repaired/replaced. There may be some other small things in the unit too (eg. repair/replace shelving in the pantry).
