Installation a new gas cooktop and fitting

Need a plumber to connect a new gas cooktop which needs to be safely connected to the gas port. I can provide the cooktop but need the plumber to provide the regulator and connect to the port. Need done before 10am Friday, either later this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

Looking for a licenced gas plumber/ technician who can - 1. Service and repair the cook top (attached photo). Two burners are not working 2. Supply the spare gas knobs ( pay seperately for the spares)

I'm replacing a broken Westinghouse 90cm freestanding cooker (gas cook top and electric oven) with another one. Electric oven has a plug and existing socket there already, so i can just plug in myself. But for the gas cook top, i need someone to disconnect existing and plumb in new one, and issue gas compliance certificate. I will be on site to remove old cooker and supply replacement cooker. Simply just need someone for the gas connection and certificate.

Three of the four gas burners start sparking continuously as soon as the cooktop is switched on at the power point. The fourth burner does not spark at all, even when the igniter button is pressed. All burners are working normally in terms of gas flow. The issue I need fixed is the ignition system — specifically, I want the burners to only spark when the igniter is pressed, not when the cooktop is simply powered on. I have a video showing the problem, but I cannot upload it here as Airtasker only allows image files. I would like a quote for how much it will cost to have this completed for a property that is being sold. I am putting $200 in as a placeholder budget and will await your quote/estimation, and would like job completed asap. Thanks.

Its a 5 burner cooktop. Its auto ignite and with repeated pressing of knob, the ignition does not work. Trying multiple times, it might work but not consistent. Its typical standing cook top with oven on the bottom.
