My cooktop flame doesn’t stay lit …

New dual oven /cooktop is installed with electrical fit off but not gas. This was the replacement for old one. Previous oven was fitted off as per photos. For new oven now needs a gas valve and connection. Please advise the quote

Just bought a house recently and needing someone to install my fixed Rangehood, gas cooktop and oven. The Rangehood is a fixed 60cm one, the cooktop is a standard 58cm outer layer but need to measure the inside to see if the cooktop I bought will fit inside, and finally the oven is a 60cm plug in but unsure if my existing oven is a plug in or wire. Also need someone to take the old appliances away after installing the new ones. Need this done preferably before Christmas.
