Looking for a licensed plumber to straighten and tidy two outdoor garden taps and fittings that were installed slightly crooked by the builder. The pipes and backflow valves appear fine — just want the taps re-aligned, fittings tightened, and everything looking neat again. Replace any small seals, thread tape, or fittings only if necessary.

I’m looking for someone to do a professional job in removing my ductwork from underneath the house. Access can be via the open hole in the middle of my sub floor. As you’ll see we’ve just removed the tiles to see major termite damage so we will be ripping out the subfloor. I figured it’s a good and easy time to complete this job as it will be so open, and the manhole is very small. Ideally, all the vents will be properly sealed and all ductwork taken away. Happy to get an idea of price to see if it’s worth paying someone or trying this myself. Note, the gas ducted compressor unit has already been decommissioned and removed. Thanks.

Skope refrigerator TME 1000-C produces loud rattling and vibration noises. Upon inspection I’ve noticed ice building up by the fan, which causes the fan to constantly hit the ice, creating the noise. I’ve let it manually defrost and cleaned the fans/filters but it continues making noise after a few hours. I need someone who can find a solution without breaking the bank as it would be a better idea to buy an entire new fridge

Fix 2 taps which are shaky 1. Washbasin tap (this might need moving the basin and do it or even put a new one (I will have a new tap stand by)- see pics ) 2. Sink tap - this might be an easy one - It just keep shaking even after I fix it with my hand. So just need a good fix so that it doesn’t keep shaking

Need someone to remove the blanking caps from washing machine taps and connect the hot and cold water hoses to the machine. Should be a quick job for someone with the tools and familiar with washing machine installation. Would take about 15mins max

Needs to paint a patch on a wall that has been painted but with a wrong white paint. Need to paint that and few touch ups trough out the apartment for a rental property.

2 Taps which are isolation taps to the bathroom sink need to be changed. They are old and one of taps just rotates without actually turning on or off. Today evening or tomorrow evening would be great.

There was a hedge that has been removed, but the stumps are still in place and need to be ground down. There are seven small stumps in total. Stumps with small limbs will be cut back so only the stump remains for removal. When: Needs to be completed before Monday.

Need to paint from the inside. Please clean up, and take photos after completion. Keys to be picked up nearby. Parking in site.

Looking for an experienced hand to replace 2 x kitchen bench tops and 1 x small bathroom bench top. These timber ones were installed 2 years ago unfortunately now are starting to collect mould. We are looking to replace them with a more solid solution such as the sample picture attached. We are open to solutions and want to team up with someone experienced that can guide us through the process. Kitchen bench measurements L 173cm (left bench) x L 210cm (Right bench) W 60cm (both benches from wall) Bathroom bench measurements 76 L x 50 W Measurements are approximate and would need a proper measure up with a qualified installer when job proceeds.

ATrack Model AK11-LU I have 2x units that need installing and new sim cards. On the Hino truck it is already installed but stopped working, just need to get it working again.
