I need a plumber to change bath and shower taps, connect a vanity and caulk

The hot water for the shower tap won't shut off and tap keeps spinning.

Tiling front steps. Surface of cement sheet face not directly matching to concrete face but can build up as needed. Tiles, glue, grout provided. Need to bring cutter or I can hire one. Approx 6sqm. I have 7.5sqm of tiles. Tiles 300x600. Need completed ASAP.

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.

We have had the trees cut down. Need the stumps and remainder of the trees removed.

Hi Basilis A. I have 3 palm tree stumps to be ground down to allow for a concrete slab to be poured. The image shows the trees as they are, however I will cut them to ground level. Just need them ground down please. Stumps located in the front yard so easy access however up against existing concrete paths and a fence. Happy to payy csh if you prefer.
