Have 2 leaking taps that I need fixed. See photos

My son has; 1. A Mets Quest VR which needs its controls connected,. 2. PS5 that needs to be reconned to his TV 3. Switch 2 that needs his games form his old witch transferred

Install 2 indoor floating shelves, install ships bell at front door (holes drilled but needs filling) and replace tap with decorative tap. Not sure the taps are there same connection size so may need adjustment.

We have completed Reno on kitchen and need kitchen tap connected back to water and will soon Reno bathroom and need to cap all water supply asap

Hello, I live in an old inner west home and there is a decorative ceiling lighting that causes too much dust to fall in our living room. I am looking to close it up from inside the roof. Please look at the pictures to get an idea. Happy to take ideas on the best possible way to close from the inside I.e. a sheet or plank etc. Key task is to go inside roof (3m ceiling) and close up the gap. Looking for any solution that prevents dust from falling through the decorations holes. Looking for someone to supply labour and materials.
