I have 5 Clipsal Iconic wiser mechs (2AX) install that I need swapped out for standard Clipsal switches (10A mech) and those 5 (2AX) moved to replace 5 other Clipsal (10A mechs) wall switches. In total 10 Clipsal mechs (all supplied by me) need to be swapped out. Simple task to remove existing Clipsal iconic wall plates and swap out the mechs and reattach wall plates. The reason for the swapping out of the 2AX mechs is that they are attached to two way light circuits and not functioning correctly as two ways so if you have any experience with Clipsal Wiser that would be highly regarded.

Moving out rental property Some of the walls have been damaged whilst moving need someone to paint or patch up etc

I need some minor painting touch ups done to my home. It's mainly spot painting throughout the house to cover up dings and patchy areas. Some old leaks with the a/c, European laundry and surrounding skirting need covering, upstairs bathroom needs wall needs a sand and paint over. Internal garage door needs painting over (whale).

We need help removing an existing Philips Smart Lock from our front timber door and installing a new upgraded Philips model in its place. * Both locks are battery-operated (no hardwiring involved) * The new lock may not be the exact same size as the current one, so some adjustments to the door might be required (e.g. chiselling or patching) * Must be installed securely and neatly Let me know if you’ve installed these locks before or have similar experience. Photos of both locks can be provided.

A few chips in floorboards need repairing. They are fairly superficial and small. All in the same area.

Have taps to replace. Need 2 taps replaced Sink itself needs to be sealed with sealant (also supplied)

Install swivel TV bracket. Hang 55” TV (I can assist in lifting) onto bracket.
