I’ve just moved into a new place and brought my Netgear modem/router with me. Problem is, it’s not connecting properly with my new Superloop internet service it keeps dropping out and won’t stay connected. Superloop support says it’s a Netgear/modem issue, but I can’t figure out the right configuration. I need someone with technical experience in setting up Netgear devices (and ideally Superloop connections) to: 1. Check and properly configure my existing modem/router. 2. If it still doesn’t work, head to Officeworks (or another nearby store), pick up a compatible replacement modem, and set it up. – I’ll cover the cost of the new modem and compensate you for your time/travel. Every time I try to login to an old email it directs me to put in the number on Microsoft Authenticator. I have re-downloaded the app several times but it never shows the code after I add the email. Have tried several different phones and pcs and followed Microsoft’s advice. Still not working. Needs to be in person so I can input the password to my email. Thankyou

Hello. There's some certain websites I can no longer access. When I go to the homepage of the website, it goes into Italian sometimes but 90% of the time the screen just goes blank. Any bookmark of the page this happens with also. I'm sure it would be an easy fix, I just dont know what I am doing.

I purchased a Swann 4K wire-free security camera. I need help positioning in the correct vantage point, so I can see clearly who is coming in and out of my front garden. I would then like help making sure it is correctly connected to the APP on my Iphone

We have hardwired swann security cameras that was working perfectly until we had to take the cables all out for some renos. Now we can see the cameras from the main computer but not on our app. We are thinking it might be due to a faulty cable but not sure. -Tried rebooting both the router and the NVR multiple times with no luck
