I am new to computers and have a wifi card that needs to be installed into my pc! 2:30 pm Thursday afternoon 18/9/25 would be perfect!

I am having so many problems with my wifi network. It’s an almost new (6 months old) UniFy Ubiquiti system with 5 satellites. I have approximately 110 devices connected to it (most are smart lights, etc.) and at the moment it is not allowing me to connect anything new, it is randomly kicking devices off the network, and of most frustration. My Sonos system is completely non-functional because of the Wi-Fi issues. I need this fixed, I suspect it is a settings related issue as there is excellent Wi-Fi coverage showing in the app for all satellites across the whole house. I think at a minimum we need a full factory reset and I need someone who really knows this system. Well who can configure it to work flawlessly?

I have an old Apple desktop computer that does start up and works (somewhat) but I don't use it so I wish to move everything off it into storage. There isn't a lot - just used for personal use over the years, mostly word docs, and MOST importantly, I want the videos and photos of my children removed and backed up.

86yo Retiree requires assistance for with personal admin, preferably a person reasonably familiar with Excel, but Macros experience not required. Location would be the study in my apartment. Desktop Apple Mac. Now Monday 6th apologies Overwhelmed with responses. Need time to consider.

1. Router settings changed and had problems, router reset, now can't connect devices to internet eg. robot vacuum. 2. Internet drops out periodically also, not sure why. Have to restart router for it to work again. 3.Also want to improve internet safety and security in the home. 4. Also had trouble transferring photos to Synology NAS, all transfer except for a couple and can't work out which ones didn't go across 5. Considering use of Firewalla or similar for control of devices / wifi use, want to look at parental controls for wifi usage, teenage kids.

Internet range has dropped in last few days and not connecting to some devices in distant areas to the house all of a sudden.
